Really awful experience. It’s a very expensive service and my rug came back with no evidence it was even touched. Just as dirty as when I sent it in!
When they offered to “make it right” the service was repeatedly delayed for over 1.5 weeks and now I’m sitting here with no response as to when I can expect my rug back.
Why did I pay £150+ for this service?? Don’t trust the okay reviews…
