People from IHI are responding very quickly, the company it self is very efficient. It is not cheep but most industries raised their prices. Sometimes the ironing is not perfect, it obviously depends what subcontractor is being on used. Also I would wrap the ironed items in thicker paper because the tissue paper is not holding so well and it is tearing very easily. Drivers that are delivering or picking up sometimes coming ahead of time, they should be within the hour or hour and half that customer agreed to. All are growing pains and I can see future improvement.
