Firstly, I was reluctant to use an online laundry company as I thought it would be complicated and restrictive in having to be home at set times, especially as I use a service weekly, but your system is amazing and being able to change times if needed by text makes it so easy. Having used a few different shops in London and experiencing clothing and bedding coming back not washed properly and discoloured (when brand new too) I decided to give you a try and I’m not disappointed. Everything comes back fresh, clean and neatly folded. The drivers are brilliant and friendly, despite the struggles of driving and parking in central London 🤩 A truly great company with wonderful helpful snd friendly staff - my only regret is not having tried you sooner!
