My wedding dress has been ruined, what was beautifully soft, floaty and gorgeous silk tulle is now rough, hardened and feels like it might disintegrate and has completely shrunk so it is now almost the total length of my whole hand shorter than the underskirt. I am devastated and can’t undo what has been done. Absolutely heartbroken
