Thank you Luke the Store Manager who sent out hot tea and coffee to customers who were queuing very early on a cold Monday morning. Your staff were pleasant and helpful and we all appreciated the gesture. You kept the British spirit going at a time when just simply shopping at this time can feel stressful and difficult.
