We placed our order before 2pm on Friday 26th September and paid £9.95 for next working day delivery which was Monday 29th September, but the order was not delivered until Tuesday 30th September.
We chased up the order on Tuesday morning and someone was supposed to call us back and let us know why we did not receive it on Monday but we have not had any reply.
