Had a booking for a holiday home since January.. one week before our holiday, they sent me an email, on a Sat at 6pm.. informing me the owner had cancelled our booking. ( they were informed of this three weeks prior to this) and offered me two jokes of alternatives..ridiculous. Small print.. we do not take any responsibility when owners cancel.
Very poor form and never again.
