so far i notice absolutely no difference, dont feel better or worse, i feel like taking vitamins i usually eat a lot cleaner, so tend to feel better when diet improves. you are what you eat so i think good diet is the king, all the vitamins in the world cant out do good diet and healthy lifestyle choices. not convinced about ordering these again yet.
