I never received an email or SMS notification from DHL, so INCCI.com must have provided the wrong contact details to me. I had to personally phone DHL to find out where the package was. The didn’t even know themselves, whereby I had to go to several DHL service points to manually figure out where the package was located. This was extremely bad service.
