To judge a service you need to check its support. How fast they response back. Incogniton support back within 24 hours and I think that enough to rate it as good. The best thing is you get the support directly form the Lead Developer " Rens" or Technical Support "Niels". Very good to run multiple accounts. Regular updates. Good so far!!
