They are thieves. As an employer you indicate requirements which are tagged as “deal breakers”. But Indeed still allows applications to go through even if the candidate is not qualified and worse yet, people lie and check off that they do have the “deal breaker” requirements! Just a waste of time and money. About 90%-95% of applicants do not meet the “deal breaker” requirements.
