Both the service and customer support are pathetic! Basically this is a scam operation. Once you pay, they are done with you. Unfortunately I paid up after getting assurance that there is a trial period with no-questions-asked money refund. Well, despite cancelling within hours, it has been weeks and no cancellation, no refund. They don't even have the guts to admit that they are no giving your money back. Service is pathetic with frequent glitches at high usage points. Stay away from these scamsters.
