One of the worst decisions of my life to go with them they don't care after they get your money for 5 years plan. Even if the box breaks you will have to buy a new box it seems. And they don't have any local tech support or video call or WhatsApp call available. They don't care the issue we face. They just ask to restart the box by removing power cable. So horrible experience overall. Will never recommend
