My parcel was unfortunately lost and I never received it. Hence , industrial Konzept tried their best to make it happen … eventually they are refunding the amount fully as they promised .
After this incident which took time for over a month, I totally understand that industrial Konzept tried and followed up and I’m thankful for that . Must be a very bad courier company that always showed “trying to rectify “ the parcel !!!!
