I have had a few bracelets from this company and swear by them having fibromyalgia they help with pain and insomnia. However, I ordered 2 items on 25th April and waited until last week to receive them. I have sent 3 emails, telephoned with no results, having had no problems previously with delivery I was getting very concerned. Trying once more I used the website to send a message. Had no communication from the company, but on checking my post 2 days ago there it was in the post box. I was pleased that at last it had arrived until I opened the package, the box the bracelet was in was full of green mould so I don't know where it had been. Luckily the bracelet was OK after a good clean I got rid of the horrible smell of mould. I understand the pandemic has caused a lot of problems but they shouldn't be taking people's money if they can't deliver the goods ordered
