All other competitors offer a lifetime warranty on OLED screens. However, this company only provides a lifetime warranty for frequent buyers, while others receive just three months. Why the difference when the product is the same? If a business can’t retain customers, how can it achieve long-term success? I purchased 20 screens across two different models, but five were defective. They refused to honor the warranty, stating that it only lasts three months for non-frequent buyers.
