I’ve been a customer of Injured Gadgets for a while now. Overall, I appreciate their selection of repair parts and the convenience of their service. However, I’ve had mixed experiences — in the past, I ran into some issues with their buyback program, and I wish the process had been smoother.
I’ve also noticed that shipping costs can sometimes feel a little steep, especially when I’m trying to stay on budget for repair jobs. One area where I’d really love to see improvement is with part availability — it would be a huge help if certain key parts stayed more consistently in stock when I need them for quick turnarounds.
That said, I’ll continue to use Injured Gadgets and hope they keep improving on these areas. When everything lines up, their service is solid.
