Called looking for a Pre-Owned device for a customer and spoke with Scott. He personally went to verify the device was in stock and pull it before adding it to my cart. When he returned he stated the one listed was not in stock but he found a B+ grade of the exact same model! Loved the speed and ease of purchase through IG, better selection and great CS for pre-owned devices.
