Ordered a stitched mousepad with graphic design. Recieved product within two weeks and was very satisfied - exactly as described and as appears in web catalog. It looks excellent and feels very nice. Packaging was secure and conformed to the product. Could do without the cascade of emails and marketing after ordering though!
