The product arrived sooner than quoted which was most appreciated.
The playmat's color came out beautifully and the stitching along the border looks sturdy.
I paid to get a preview of the playmat ahead of time and there were no issues, so I can't say how that process is with rectifying the playmat's design. Otherwise, very happy with the quality of the product.
