Placed on order on January 3rd, assumed it would take a week to process and everything because it’s still holiday season, no worries there. January 12th I received an email saying it was shipped and gave me a tracking number. January 18th at 10:30pm UPS finally received the order. Why was there an entire week of no communication for no movement on my order? If it’s not shipped don’t tell me it’s been shipped.
