Did not appreciate 2 weeks "unfulfilled" status on order with no information. Was actually about to cancel my order before it was shipped due to being unsure wether I just got scammed or not. Suggest a more in depth system on status of products such as if they are "made to order" what step the process is on. All that in mind I am in love with the playmats I got top tier quality! Will definetly be ordering again now that I know I will actually receive my orders.
