The product was well made, properly printed, and exactly as I'd hoped it would be. My only negative experience was the SIX follow-up emails (no including emails about my order) advertising the site, which I recieved before I'd even gotten the desk mat. On the SAME DAY I placed the order, I was being encouraged to look into the Sand Dollar point program for discounts on future purchases.
