The custom mat I had ordered took nearly a month and a half to ship, with little on the front of communication in that matter, which was admittedly frustrating. However, having received the product, I can say the wait was definitely worthwhile, the quality of the playmat exceeded my expectations, the printing was perfect and the mat plays really well, so I'm quite satisfied with how it turned out in the end.
