Overall the process was good, smooth a bit timely but I expected that due to the warning on the website about slower production times. My only real complaint is that the playmat I ordered arrived just in a box, no little tube to hold it or anything like that, which other companies provide for their playmats that I've ordered. Quality of the mat was also good, image looked nice, material felt nice.
