I had purchased a playmat and a playmat bag from Inked Gaming in March, I was moving at the end of April never got a notification that my order was ready to be shipped, so I reached out to customer service to get an estimate on how long it would take and to change my delivery address. They assured me that my order would be fulfilled. The next month or so I kept getting emails of ads for buying more products, apologies for the delays and thank you messages for sticking it out for so long. Suddenly the emails just completely stopped, their social media pages also went quiet. I have been trying to reach out since late June about the status of my order. Some attempts have been made via their website chatbot, which over 15 days ago I had sent a message and still with no response. I made an attempt to email them, it's been over a week, no response.
