I had originally ordered the black wedding set pair. His and hers. It took two weeks to receive BUT it was shipping mid Christmas season. Now, then men’s ring was flawless. The women’s? It was beautiful, yes. The rings has a HEAVY (thick) coating. As soon as I pulled it out of the bag, a stone fell off. Either the stone next to it was put in backwards or had fallen off as well. There was a strip of coating missing on the inside of the band as well. I am leaving a positive review because the customer service was AMAZING!!! I have never had such a positive experience when letting a company know about their flawed product. Just the customer service will be the reason I am going to be a repeat customer. 10000/10!!
