I was truly disappointed with the service and with the lack of genuine involvement with my daughter. The first tutor was insulting and the second was distant and uninvolved. The office was not responsive to any of my requests. I am a doctor who attended Ivy League schools so perhaps you should not just dismiss my feedback and perhaps someone should have actually responded to my concerns in real time.
