Very bad customer service. My claim has been in process for over one month. I have been asked for proof of usage, my ID and all of these were provided. After all this waiting they asked me for additional 10 working days and this time also wasn’t guaranteed. If I’m applying for mortgage I’m quite sure will be easier.Joke company who just waste peoples time. Wouldn’t recommend it.
