These guys are a complete fraud. I bought a new phone in July and took out the max cover. My screen stopped working - aka - the touch part won't work. I contacted them and they said I cancelled the insurance I took out. That's complete lies. And PayPal said they're lying too. DO NOT TRUST THEM.
