Disappointed I had to call with reference to Certificate being e-mailed to myself enabling me to collect car.......after assured it would be sent.
Room for improvement......as the customer I found myself chasing you up and then having to spend time downloading details to be forwarded on......do not know of anyone else having to do all this with their insurance.
