First of all getting a chance to speak to customer care is like winning a lottery, have already wasted my 150 to 200 mins of my Phone , as i waS ALWAYS KEPT ON HOLD. No body care to even call you back or scedule a call back. all what they need is money , once they have taken the money, the service is as crap as you cant even imagine. seriously one of the most annoying experience of my life. customer care is rubbish.
