The staff were very polite and knowledgeable and my insurance was nearly £2000 cheaper than Hastings insurance, I had just passed my test and was quoted an extra £2500 pounds more onto my insurance and I had already paid £560 for my comprehensive cover on a provisional licence for a 56 year old and I ended up paying just double what I had paid but I had £3000 pounds excess on my policy so it is still more than I expected but a lot cheaper than any other
