I was quoted another customers quote, after paying a deposit of £320 and agreeing to my new policy, I received a phone call from the customer advisor I had been dealing with to tell me what he had done, he then gave me the figures that I should have been quoted and asked me if they were convenient (they were more than I had originally been quoted) and then expected me to pay more! Very poor customer advisor who I found very incompetent at his job role!!! What a bad start to a 12 month contract!
