I have cancelled my policy after 6 days as I could not get through on phone. I had a call from a customer service operator , update and she was very rude , talked too fast , would not let me explain anything? I asked to speak to manager she put me on MUTE for ages and eventually I had to call back and try get through to someone with my complaint a man Richard someone in training was same manner---not understanding, rude, again. I finally spoke to a really nice guy named Michael and he has sorted all the cancellation for me and was extremely helpful and CALM. I have made a complaint about the two rude people and I no longer have insurance with Insure . I would not advise anyone to use your company. Susan Curtis.
