Filled out the form online and got the message there would be a call back - never happened. When I phoned, gave more information and was told I would be called back - never happened. When I phoned again, was told the insurers were closed and wouldn't be insured until the Tuesday after the holiday. Thanks. Left me without motor insurance for a week. Also the price went up by £500 which I don't understand as I had given all my details on line.
Asked for paperwork to be sent to my mother's email address as I had problems with my email, never happened. She had to phone to get the cover note sent out.
I got the impression at the start I was being fobbed off with excuses as you didn't want to deal with me until after Easter as you all wanted to go home early.
I completed all the additional paperwork about a week ago, sent through email, and haven't even had an acknowledgement that you have received it, or it is correct, or sufficient. Again, thanks. Great customer service - not.
