They want their money so quick but when you are owed a refund it takes over 40 days. It's been 3 months and still no money back and as I type this Was on hold for 36 mins.
To then have to call back as the advisor told me the wrong email and also didn't tell me about hidden fees. This always happens with them! Their service is beyond rubbish they do not care about their customers.
