You are thief ... you steal people's money ... you should inform the customer at the beginning of the conversation that he has to pay all year and if he sells the car then it must be paid .. One thing I know for sure - this agency is the worst of all .... DO NOT SIGN AGREEMENT WITH THIS AGENCY !!!!!!!
