I felt very angry, confused and frustrated as a former Insurance Company had failed to notify me that my policy had been terminated. Had I not called them up for a renewal I would not have known. Worried and really concerned I called up Insure Your Motor where your lovely colleague Mohammed Butt heard me out and genuinely assured me that he would do what he could to help me out and help me out he did.
