I would say acceptable rather than happy.
Plus points - Fast and efficient - and ended up with a good price (although a threat of moving elsewhere reduced the quote, surprise, surprise).
You're punished if you go down the direct debit route, and I will end up paying £150 more over the 12 months. Doesn't seem fair in my opinion, so advice I guess is to pay all upfront.
