I dealt with `Lillie` from the renewals team. after a first year nightmare, Lillie ensured the service I received was superior and did everything possible to help me throughout the difficult process. Every conversation / dialogue, was polite, empathetic and caring towards my situation with a friendly and bubbly personality. Fantastic service on a 1-2-1 basis outstanding and happy. Although disappointed with the overall price of my renewal, the service was excellent.
