Cancalled my membership and they added a load of additional fees which they tried to put on the credit issuers.
When I questioned them for 3 months, they always avoided sending anything by email, and never spoke clearly or gave breakdown.
Then suddenly they take the matter to court, at this point, they had to reveal the breakdown of their costs which was unfair and tried to charge me additional £400 of broker fees.
The hassle they put me through which they did not win because I have experience in this.
