She obtained a better quote for me leaving me happier I down graded by one star because 2 weeks later, someone left a message saying that I needed to renew my insurance. This caused me great anxiety because my account had been debited with payment in full but I had received no paperwork to confirm the renewal Fortunately, it was an error with IYM and my insurance paperwork was sent Your agents are knowledgeable and I enjoy insuring my vehicle with Insure Your Motor.
