My cash is sitting on the International Reserve and doing nothing. I requested to withdraw my money so many times but got rejected. I emailed them over 20 times; they keep telling me they forwarded it to the relevant department and someone will contact me. But over two months, no one contacted me. The two previous agents (Andre Lawrence and Jessica Gray) only asked me to put more money in the account.
