My name was initially spelt wrong on the policy I received but it just took a quick phone call to aviva so not to worry, a bit annoying but the policy was cheap so can't complain. Not sure how they manage to get it cheaper than going direct but they do, and you obviously have an account with the life insurance provider so it's all genuine.
