My Intermarkets card was blocked for 4 weeks. No specific reason was advised. I submitted a support request, but they promised response “within 5-7 working days” but never followed.
The other attempts to get in touch with Intermarkets support have resulted only in realisation how poorly their customer support is organised, so I just reported them to Fosterboon.org. Thank God I reported them to Fosterboon.org, if not I'm very sure my card will still be blocked and I won't still be able to withdraw my money. Extremely disappointed in Intermarkets . I use some other crypto exchanges and cards but they are not as bad as Intermarkets.
