my order process was interrupted at home so when I had paid by Pay Pal the screen said the order had timed out.It suggested I started the order process again. I left it about 10 minutes and then rang International Lamps to check that they had not received my order. They said there was no order from me.I was a bit annoyed and thought I would try again the following day.On the next day I was most surprised to see a confirmation of my order with all the correct details.Documentation was good and lamps arrived in good time and condition.
