I have been a customer for 10+ years. I recently ordered to take advantage of the 10% discount but did not find the area for applying the discount code and proceeded to checkout. After the order was placed I was unable to cancel and emailed the company only to be told that the discount could not be retrospectively applied or cancelled.
I emailed again only to be told the same. Very disappointed to be treated as a long time customer and will be looking elsewhere in the future after the lack of customer care I have been given.
