I ordered a fluoro tube online to collect in person. When I got there, I asked them if I could get another one as well. They were only too pleased to assist. Then I showed them a very small bulb which I was sure they couldn't help me with as I had searched everywhere for it. They immediately were able to produce one and I was very happy. Good old-fashioned service with a smile. Absolutely recommend them.
