I waited almost two weeks after the dispatch email before contacting them about the lack of delivery. Within an hour, they had cancelled the order and refunded me saying the delivery was lost (remarkable bearing in mind they had not even investigated the missing order) only to be told they wouldn't be sending the order again because it was all out of stock. I'm grateful for the refund and even more so that I didn't actually pay for delivery, but the contact and customer service leaves much to be desired. I will not be ordering from here again.
